Because of my arthrtis, I've had to wear hosiery for years. I would really like to see hosiery that is designed for the male anatomy. I can get some from China, but it is not the quality that it should be. I used to make my own with a needle and thread, but my hands don't work quite as well as they used to, and I don't have as much time to do it. What I'm asking for is a pair of sheer-to-waist with a real male sleeve that I can wear under my pants or to bed and not feel squished all the time. I find those to be far more comfortable and adapted to the male anatomy. Thank you in advance if you consider this. Also, there is a whole community of transgender people who would like to see this as well. You can trust me on that one.

Gerbe used to make pantyhose for men, but it looks like they may have been discontinued. Shapings does seem to have a few options, but I've never tried any of them.
I tend to find most of the sheer-to-waist styles are pretty comfortable to wear all day long. I've had some luck with the Hudson Glamour 20 and Kunert Satin Look 20 as well as the Oroblu Magie 20.

I know that when the doc told me that I had to wear support leg products, i.e. socks, stockings, or PH it was up to me to try on a few products and see if they help with fatigue and aches. I started from there. My late wife was not a big fan of her husband wearing PH and on top of that a significantly smaller size. Check out this link.

Hi Peter, There is a company in Poland called Adrian that sells pantyhose for men. In my opinion they are the best (so far). There are a couple of sites that are supposed to sell them but when I wanted to order them they were very often out of stock. So I went directly to the Adrian website which is all in the polish language. Because I really liked these pantyhose for men (I will describe them shortly) I had to use google translate from Polish to English and it took me around 30 minutes to order. I ordered 5 pairs and they are not expensive. For me it was worth the trouble. I'm wearing them as I am typing this message. The specific model is the 20 den Tights Street, colour is Opal. They have sizes M, L, XL, XXL. 91% poliamide and 9% elastane. The nice thing about these is that they don't have the seam going straight up from the crotch but the seam goes around the "package". They are sheer to waist, gusset free and sheer toes. Really nice yarn and silky smooth. They give your legs a really nice colour too. I would post a picture of the package but I don't have a cell phone. I would like to ask Robert if he might be able to supply for us men. I believe strongly that this would be a big hit.
